Which US Colleges Recruit International Track Athletes?

We're building a list of programs with international athletes on their current rosters, sourced from official roster pages. Until it's ready:

• Every NCAA D1 and D2 program can offer athletic scholarships to international students. D3 schools can't offer athletic aid but often give academic/need-based aid.
• NJCAA junior colleges are a common first step for internationals still building marks or academics.
• On any program page, open the official athletics site and check the roster's hometown column for international athletes.
